NTLDR or NTDETECT.COM Not Found

If you get an error that NTLDR is not found during bootup:

For FAT32 Partitions:
It is much simpler than with NTFS.
Just boot with a Win98 floppy and copy the NTLDR or NTDETECT.COM files
from the i386 directory to the root of the C:\ drive.
For NTFS Partitions:
1. Insert and boot from your Windows XP CD-ROM.
2. At the first R=Repair option, press the R key

To Uninstall A Device That Is Conflicting With Other Devices

It is not easy to Uninstall a Device which is conflicting with other Devices. Because these devices can not be Disabled or Uninstalled easily. 

1. Open Device Manager  by typing devmgmt.msc in the RUN. Select the properties of such a device
2. On the Resources tab uncheck Use automatic settings.

NTOSKRNL MISSING OR CORRUPT 

1. Insert and boot from your Windows XP CD-ROM.
2. At the first R=Repair option, press the R key
3. Press the number that corresponds to the correct location for the installation of Windows you want to repair.
